Step 1: Call (601)-715-2998 to see if spots are available for your child and discuss when will be their starting date of school.

Step 2: If there is a spot available press the Childcare Enrollment document below. Then Print it out and fill out the areas. Here is a guide to filling out the whole application:

Step 3:  After discussing the starting date and filling out your child's application. You will bring the application to Mrs. Sawyer or Ms. Angel. Bring application before or on the starting date with your child's copy of 121 Shot records. Then pay (registration fee which is $150 below.)
